Information about participating in Trendz/showUP
There are six ways to take part in Trendz/showUP:
- with a basic unit of 6, 12 or 18 m²
- with a premium stand measuring 20, 28, 36 or 44 m²
- with space only from 16 m²
- all-inclusive stand construction from 9m²
- timber construction – first floor from 6 metres
- especially for newcomers and emerging labels
Segment Kids
Deelnemers uit de categorie Kids worden ondergebracht in het segment growUP. In growUP zijn diverse typen stands beschikbaar. Neem hiervoor contact op met Nicky van den Berg (tel. 06 27 01 71 92) of Hanneke van den Berg (tel. 06 31 98 80 35).
Deelnemen Op deze informatiepagina staan de specificaties en tarieven van de diverse vormen van deelname. Kijk welke wijze het beste bij jou, je bedrijf of je product past. Neem gerust contact met ons op als je je wilt laten adviseren.
Inschrijven – Je krijgt, na contact met de accountmanager, een inschrijfformulier of offerte voor de beschikbare stand die je het meest passend vindt. Na ondertekening mail je deze retour of onderteken je hem digitaal en je ontvangt daarna een bevestiging. Na bevestiging van je deelname, ontvang je een mail van een van onze accountmanagers met uitleg over je deelname en hoe nu verder. Ook ontvang je een wachtwoord per e-mail voor toegang tot de exposantenportal My Easyfairs. Hier regel je alles rondom je deelname, tref je alle voorbereidingen en kun je jouw boeking bekijken bij “beheer de stand”.
1. Basic Units (Ground floor and first floor)
One of the simplest ways to get involved is the basic unit. Basic, simple, fun and easy to adapt to your brand’s style. The wall and table will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
- The prices include EasyGo Leads, 1 table and 2 parking permits for 3 days, and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
- 10% surcharge on the price per square metre for two open sides.
- back panels made from 18mm plywood.
- the carpet tiles are anthracite grey in colour, with the exception of the upper floor, which has a concrete look and feel.
- stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of unobstructed floor space on standard flooring.
- you must not paint the back wall yourself.
- we can paint the back wall for you in the colour of your choice. € 100,- for a 2.4-metre wall, € 150,- for a 3.6-metre wall.
- the table and base must not be painted.
- the use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
- no partitions may be erected between the stands.
- screws may be used in the rear panel, but must be removed afterwards.
- no objects in the stand area higher than 150 cm.
- can also be booked without a table (or tables); the price remains the same.

2. Premium Stands – Ground floor
Would you like more space and do you have your own displays? Would you like to give your stand its own unique look and feel? If so, the premium stand is the most suitable option for your brand.

3. Space Only – Ground floor
Do you have your own stand, or would you like to create your own presentation with a unique style and atmosphere? If so, you have the option of renting just the space.
- the price per square metre is € 105,- for up to 50 square metres. For areas of 51 square metres or more, the rate is € 100,- per square metre.
- space-only bookings are available for areas of 16 m² or more.
- prices do not include EasyGo.
- prices do not include an open-side surcharge, where applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides and 15% for 4 open sides.
- the prices include two 3-day parking passes and two 3-day lunch/dinner vouchers.
- the carpet tiles are anthracite grey in colour.
- stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of unobstructed floor space on standard flooring.
- only once the stand design has been approved; please submit it within 3 weeks of registration.
- the use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
- the maximum building height is 4.5 metres.
4. All-inclusive stand construction – ground floor
Don’t have your own stand and want to use our all-inclusive standard stand construction service? That’s possible! This price is based on a price per square metre, an open-side surcharge and an EasyGo price
- The price per square metre is € 105,- for up to 50 square metres. For areas of 51 square metres or more, the rate is € 100,- per square metre.
- all-inclusive stands are available from 9m².
- prices do not include EasyGo.
- prices do not include an open-side surcharge, where applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides and 15% for 4 open sides.
- exhibition walls: white panels in an aluminium frame. Wall height including frame: 250 cm. Visible dimensions of the white panels in the frame: 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
- bezel: aluminium strip on the aisle side for mounting LED spotlights.
- LED spotlights on a track: 6 spotlights per 2 metres.
- nameplate: 1 green nameplate bearing the company name and stand number.
- carpet tiles: anthracite-grey carpet tiles.
- stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of unobstructed floor space on standard flooring.
- the prices include two 3-day parking passes and two 3-day lunch/dinner vouchers.
5. Wooden construction – 1st floor
Don’t have your own stand, or would you like to create your own display using a wooden wall? In that case, you can hire a timber-framed space. This price comprises a price per square metre, an open-side surcharge (where applicable) and an EasyGo package.
- the price per square metre is € 105,-.
- timber construction is available for stands from 6 m².
- prices do not include EasyGo.
- The price does not include an open-side surcharge, where applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides.
- 250 cm high wooden partition walls.
- the number of pendant lights depends on the width of the back wall.
- stall number on the side.
- including table – 150 x 90 x 74 cm (LxWxH).
- the prices include two 3-day parking passes and two 3-day lunch/dinner vouchers.
- stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of unobstructed floor space on standard flooring.
- the use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
- crewing, drilling and nailing into the partition walls is permitted.
- painting and/or wallpapering the partition walls is permitted at an additional cost.
6. Start-ups and emerging labels
Special Space 6 m² / € 800,-
There is a start-up area specifically for newcomers, emerging labels, brands with just a few products, and young designers.
Specifications:
- the prices include EasyGo Leads, two 3-day parking passes and two 3-day lunch/dinner vouchers.
- exhibition space 3 x 2 m.
- a wooden wall 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres high, with the sides left open.
- including table – 150 x 90 x 74 cm (LxWxH).
- maximum height 2.50 m.
- stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of unobstructed floor space on standard flooring.
- the use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
- only agreed upon approval.
Extra’s
Give your stand a boost and add extra elements to the standard set-up. Full-colour prints, adhesive letters or a logo in special colours. Let us know what you’d like – we’d be happy to help you come up with ideas.

– 2 kW electricity at € 195,- (for connecting a charger, laptop, TV screen or your own lighting).

Carpet
– The ground floor has anthracite-coloured carpet tiles.
– There are no carpet tiles on the first floor; the floor is industrial-style and concrete-coloured.
– if you’d like a different colour of carpet to match the colour of the walls or furniture, that’s possible.
Carpet tiles at € 19,- per m², in the available colours.
Afterwards, these are collected and reused.

- All stand types are supplied without electricity or lighting. Both can be ordered via the webshop in My Easyfairs.
- Once their participation has been confirmed, participants will be sent a password for the My Easyfairs exhibitor portal. Here you can manage all aspects of your participation and order additional items via ‘Manage your stand’.
