Specifications
If you have ordered printed materials, you must submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines to see when the designs need to be submitted, and refer to the specifications below for submission requirements.
Seamless Prints
The seamless print fabrics are the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken with you immediately after the last exhibition day. The fabric can easily be removed from the frame by pulling the small tab in the bottom corner.
Prints that are still in the frames one hour after the end of the last exhibition day will be removed and disposed of for recycling and will no longer be retrievable.
Submitting print files:
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive a direct link and further information about uploading your files by email.

Printed Stand Panels
Printed stand panels can be taken home by the exhibitor after the event, if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels with you, you must notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first exhibition day. The panels must be collected immediately after the event ends.
Unfortunately, storage of the panels is not possible.
If you do not inform us by the end of the first exhibition day that you wish to keep the panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other Printed Materials
The specifications for additional printed materials—such as All-in Plus banners, printed fascia panels, Easy Eye Catcher prints, counter stickers, and more—will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels (excluding the frames) can be taken home by the exhibitor after the event.
If you wish to keep the printed materials, you must inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first exhibition day. The prints must be collected immediately after the last exhibition day. Dismantling will be handled by Easyfairs and/or the respective supplier.
Unfortunately, storage of printed materials is not possible.
If you do not indicate by the end of the first exhibition day that you want to keep the printed materials, they will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
